Impact employees voluntarily contribute a portion of their compensation each year for this corporate philanthropy program. The company matches dollar-for-dollar the funds set aside by our team. 100% of the funds raised are donated each year to charities and individuals. At a joyful time of year for most, some simply need a little love and financial boost.
